Mid-December 2019 The subdivision plans and preliminary land development plans are approved by the Borough of Bellefonte.

December 19, 2019 The three (3) lots that make up the Bellefonte Waterfront Project were purchased by Bellefonte Waterfront Associates.

Ongoing The Geotechnical Engineer has completed his study and bids have been solicited for the foundations. The project architect is finalizing the design of the hotel and has developed design schematics for the parking garage and condominiums. Because of the virus things have slowed up.

Fall of 2020 Held focus group meetings with people interested in condominiums.

October 2022 Because of the uncertain times that we are experiencing with respect to material costs and delivery times along with increasing costs to finance the project we have had to delay the project. Our hope is that the economy will stabilize by the spring and summer of 2023, and we can start construction sometime during 2023.
