Residential Condominiums

On the north side of the parking garage, across from Gamble Mill and next to Lamb Street, there will be a five-story building. The first floor will have approximately 14,700 square feet of offices and/or retail space. Above the ground floor, there will be four floors of residential two- and three-bedroom condominium apartments. Each resident will be able to have parking spaces in the parking garage. Residents will be able to walk from their condo unit to the parking garage via a covered bridge. The condo apartments will vary in size from approximately 1,500 square feet for a 2-bedroom apartment to approximately 2,000 square feet for a 3-bedroom apartment. The apartments will be a welcome-home to people of all ages. All of the apartments will be built to a high standard and will be very energy efficient, resulting in a high-quality, maintenance-free lifestyle.
